New Book

I published a new book, called “Weight Training Exercises Anatomy: Legs and Core Muscles”, which is available as a paperback in color on Amazon US, Amazon UK and other countries (e.g., to purchase the book in Germany change the “.com” in the US link to “.de”).

The objective of this book is to describe the proper execution of legs, core, and neck exercises. Each chapter starts with a description of the muscles and their basic functions. Each exercise provides a table with the agonists, stabilizers, and joints that take part. Starting position, execution of the exercise, and tips are given. Accompanying photos of trainees and sketches of their muscles show the muscles being trained. The efficiency of each exercise is discussed based on studies in the scientific literature.
